The Law Offices of Keith T. Lauerman offer a free initial consultation to all persons interested in retaining Mr. Lauerman to handle their pending Criminal charge. Due to the seriousness of Criminal Charges it is standard policy that all consultations be conducted in person, face-to-face. It is integral to the attorney-client relationship that there is a frank and open line of communication between the Attorney and the client. Exceptions to this policy will be made when a person does not have transportation or if they reside outside of Williamson or Travis County.

Criminal Case fees are based on a graduating scale:

Misdemeanors:

Plea Stage- Negotiations with County Attorney prosecutors, gathering discovery, attending all court dates including the Plea and sentencing.

Pre-Trial Stage- Reviewing discovery, contacting witnesses, investigation, and attending the Pre-Trial setting.

Trial Stage: Preparation for Trial including investigations, contacting witnesses, and cross-examination, Voir Dire, and Punishment phase.

Felonies:

Plea Stage- Negotiations with County Attorney prosecutors, gathering discovery, attending all court dates including the Plea and sentencing.

Pre-Trial Stage- Reviewing discovery, contacting witnesses, investigation, and attending the Pre-Trial setting.

Trial Stage: Preparation for Trial including investigations, contacting witnesses, and cross-examination, Voir Dire, and Punishment phase.

Fees are based on the severity of the offense and the amount of time required.
